Shipping Terms:
we will ship your within three business days of the orders placement. If we cannot fulfill your order within this time period we will notify you within one business day. If you order a digital item you have three days of which you can download your digital item.
Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We make every effort to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition; however, we understand that there are times when merchandise must be returned or exchanged. Our return policy follows:

- Unfortunately downloadable items are not subject to refunds due to the nature of the digital item.
- tems must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging and may be returned up to 7 business days from the time of receipt at the customer's expense. Insurance is recommended.
